First of all the following construction loan lenders that are no longer with us or that have stopped providing construction loans are, Wamu, Indy Mac, First Horizon, National City, Bismark, Chase Wholesale just to name a few.
It’s important to note that construction lending for home building is the backbone of America. If families were not able to build or buy a newly built home in America then America might as well become a third world country now and get it over with. Well for the first time in 2008 I can honestly say I see some light at the end of the tunnel.
Since my business is about providing construction loans, (Nationwide Construction Loans and California Construction Loans)I really have an invested interest in survival and knowing my future. Banks and lenders needed to stop the bad loan bleeding fast and the quickest way to do that was to eliminate stated income or at least make it very difficult to apply as stated income.
Stated income in my opinion was the key integrating factor for causing foreclosures. Stated income as some people call it “lying loans”. Yes you read that correctly people misstated their income in order to obtain a mortgage. The happened all across the board from sub prime loans to refinances, purchase loans and even construction loans.
If you want to obtain a home loan of any kind in America today you need to prove your income and now that it’s become the norm I’m starting to see the banks settle down. The rest of 2008 and 2009 may become one of the best years in financial history now that all lenders are providing loans based on honesty and reality.

There is a neighborhood near my house where just about every household has at least one dog. Some of them even have two or three dogs. As a result, not only is the neighborhood very noisy, but it is also very dog friendly.
My neighborhood is filled with older people. The only dogs that ever seem to come into and out of the houses around here are lap dogs and dogs that are just barely old enough to jump up and down the front steps. My dog, I can tell, is rather lonely.
A few months ago, I was walking through this neighborhood that has so many dogs in it and thinking, “wouldn’t it be nice if I could introduce my dog to some of these dogs?” I turned a corner and right before me was this brand new dog park roped off in the middle of a popular park.
On the inside of the fence surrounding this dog park, there were about a dozen dogs running free from their dog leashes with one another. The dogs were jumping and playing and having a good old time.
I took my dog to the gate and he just couldn’t contain his excitement. As soon as I let him run free inside the gate, he ran straight for the center of attention. I huddled around the fence with the other doggy parents as we watched our pups play with their dog toys.
After about a week of going to the dog park, I began to make friends with the other dog owners who took their dogs there regularly. Friendships were struck, and we started planning “people activities”, like coffee and shopping, where we could include our dog pals..
Now, several months later, we all gather together in the park to take our dogs for walks with us to the local coffee shop. We take our dogs walking along the river, hiking in the hills, and on other fun outings. Dog walking has turned out to be a great way for me to find new friends and develop several long term friendships.
When I go dog walking without the other dogs, I can tell my dog wonders where they are and looks for them. As soon as I take him off the leash, he runs as fast as he can to the doggy park! We feel so lucky to be in such a dog-friendly neighborhood where there are so many like-minded families.

Hardcore gaming enthusiasts need a machine full capable of handling 3D games and accelerated graphics as well as smooth rendering and an overall thrilling experience. After all, who likes it when their computer hangs halfway through an important mission?
If you’re looking for high-performance gaming computers, then the range of Alienware desktops and laptops is something you should seriously consider.
The Alienware Area-51 desktop computer for example, is a killer machine with lots of processing power to spare no matter what type of online game you’re playing. Although the cost of such a machine ranges from “acceptable” to “seriously expensive”, you can generall get a dream machine below $3,000.
Windows Vista lovers can use the Area-51 machine to optimum performance, and with the support for Nvidia graphics card you can basically feel the exhiliration of online gaming instead of having to wait for the computer to catch up with you.
However, t can get quite confusing when choosing a computer model that is best for you. Understanding the difference between each machine will help you to make the better choices. For example, if you go outdoors a lot and prefer something more portable without compromising on speed or performance, the Alienware Area 51 m5550 laptop does this job perfectly.
Ultimately, if you are a serious gamer, an Alienware desktop computer is the machine you are looking for. On the plus side, there is a thriving online community of Alienware computer lovers, as well as a good aftermarket for used Alienware computers and parts. As with anything, it’s highly recommended that you search the Internet for independent reviews on specific models before making up your mind if it’s Alienware or not for your gaming needs.

I just purchased a new dog house for my puppy and he loves it! It also helps that I bought a cushioned dog bed to fit inside the dog house; anything is probably better than the concrete. Lately I have noticed that as my dog gets a little older that he seems more and more uncomfortable sleeping on the hard ground and often begs at the back door to be let inside to sleep on the carpet. I am hoping that now he will have a comfy place outside to sleep, protected from the elements and raised off of the ground by the dog house and dog bed.
I am lucky that I have medium size dog and he does not get cold easily so he could sleep outside if needed. However he is small enough that I did not have to spend a fortune on a dog house. I saw online lots of large and really large dog houses and it seems great that there are so many options available to dog owners! They even have small dog houses for our smaller furry friends. I purchased a wood dog house for my dog, although I was deciding between the wood house and a plastic doghouse. I felt that the wood house was more attractive although the plastic house looked like it might be easier to move and clean. I think the wood dog house also is more comfortable for my dog since it does not have that new plastic smell. I know some people buy their dog a dog house only to have the dog totally avoid it! Luckily my dog likes her house, otherwise I was thinking I would just place an old towel or blanket inside so it would smell familiar.

Yes, it could happen to you. In this crazy world of the unpredictable, you might have something happen to you that causes you to question your health, your habits, and the way you’ve been living your life. Whether it’s a cancer scare, an accident, or just a bad test result, that dose of reality might be what you really need to start turning over a new leaf in your life. But should you use something scary as an inspiration? That’s the question you need to consider first. You see, it doesn’t matter if you are good at your job, finances, sport or wealth creation. If your health goes out the window, nothing else matters.
I will refer to a great question by peak performance guru, Kurek Ashley further on. You can use it time and again.
Why a Scare is the Best Medicine
When you’re upset enough about something, everything else in your life seems to disappear. You don’t think about anything else but that scary moment and the possible ramifications of that moment. You think about the things that you might miss if something bad were to happen. You worry about what might happen if the results were found to be even worse than they were. You might even realize that something has happened that you could have prevented - that’s where the best inspiration plan can begin. This is a good time to ask yourself some quality questions. For instance, a good question is this: how would love respond? That is a question that bestselling author Kurek Ashley asked himself when he was in the darkest hours of his life.
If you have recognized that you have a part to play in the way you live your life and how things have turned out, why not use this time as a way to finally rid yourself of any bad habits you might have or to gain good habits that you’ve promised again and again to start? By realizing that you do have options and ways to turn your life around, you’ve really been given a sort of second change to do things over, in a positive and meaningful way. Whenever you feel that your motivation is wavering, just remind yourself of what you’ve been through and you will refocus your attention and your intentions.
Why a Scare is Not the Best Motivator
But there are two sides to every story. I learned this at 21st Century Academy. Because you might not be the one who caused your health scare (i.e. in the case of an accident), you might not want to use this moment as an opportunity to motivate yourself. After all, when things are out of your control, giving yourself the blame doesn’t mean that you will feel better about what happened. If you begin to tell yourself that you can change your life because of something that someone else did, you might find that you aren’t able to take quantifiable steps toward a new goal - and you might feel more lost than ever. You may also have gone through something so scary that reliving it each day is not motivating - it’s torture.
People react in different ways to different scenarios, so you need to determine what your next best course of action might be. Though you may find this health scare to be something that really revs you up and makes you want more from your life, others might find that they simply want to move past the event and not dwell on it at all. Whatever works for you is what works for you.
Right now, your main goal should be to become healthy - what happens after that can be decided another day.

Many people today are feeling the pinch of the poor economy and are wondering if they shouldn’t just drop their car and other insurance policies. This is especially tempting for those who haven’t made an insurance claim in years, if ever, who may see some policies as just an unnecessary expense. And when you add up your different policies, you see just how expensive it can be. But remember that your insurance isn’t something that should be seen as a luxury but a necessity; the small price you pay every month is nothing compared to what may happen if you have an accident, house fire, and so on. In addition, your insurance is often required by law for an automobile and is written into your mortgage loan to protect the bank’s collateral.
A better idea rather than just considering the option of canceling your insurance is to think of ways that you can reduce it overall. For example, contact your carrier to see about raising your deductible, or ask if you get a discount for multiple policies such as homeowner’s, automobile, life, and so on. You may also be eligible for a discount because of your age, if you have anti-theft devices on your car or an alarm for your home, or if you have gone so many years without a claim. Sometimes your agent won’t offer these discounts outright so you need to be proactive about asking. And of course the best way to save on insurance is to drive safely and lock your car doors when it’s parked, avoid fire hazards in your home such as smoking in bed or overloading electrical outlets, and anything else that can keep you safe in the car and at home.

Where to begin? There are so many choices today of glass tile for your backsplash, where do you even begin? Let’s start with the breakdown of types of glass tile available.
Clear Glass Mosaics - This was probably the first and most common glass tile for backsplashes. It is a simple 1″ x 1″ or 1″ x 2″ clear glass with the actual color paper adhered to the back of the tile to give it the vibrant color. This comes in both a 4mm and an 8mm thickness.
Recycled Glass - Eye-catching colors, rustic elegance and environmentally friendly recycled glass make recycled glass an exceptional choice! Due to the handmade character of this tile series, variations in shade, color and size within each sheet should be expected. Most recycled glass is comprised of between 30 and 70 percent glass from bottles and/or other waste glass that would otherwise have entered the solid waste stream. The most popular sizes are 1″ x 1″ and 1″ x 2″ brick.
Gem Stone Glass - Unique and exceptionally elegant, the color of gemstone glass mosaics are blended in while the glass is still in the molten state, so the colors will never fade away. Variations in color, swirl and shade are the characteristics of all gem stone glass mosaics. This series will come in an array of sizes from 5/8″ x 5/8″, 1″ x 1″ and even some 1″ x 2″ sizes.
Stained glass - There are 2 different types of stained glass to consider. First, there is the stained glass that is actualy made into sheet goods then cut to the different mosaic sizes which range from a 5/8″ x 5/8″ to a 2″ x 2″ and also available in small brick patterns that are normally 1/4″ x 2″ and the multi brick size that has 4- 6 different sizes on one sheet of mosaic. This type is normally recitified or more of a square, clean cut mosaic.Second, is the type that is poured into a mold and then popped out for a tile. This type usually has more of an uneven texture which will give it its brilliance of color and variations of texture. This style normally comes in a 2″ x 2″ or 4″ x 4″ size. This style is normally NOT mesh mounted and there is more worked involved in the installation process.
Don’t get me wrong there is a lot more glass options available then what I described. In today’s emerging market the ideas and products are limitless. These are just a few of the more popular glass ideas that are seen and used on a day to day basis in most kitchen backsplashes across the United States. The thing to do is to go into your project with an open mind and don’t get overwhelmed with the choices. Take your time, and enjoy the possibilities because no matter what glass you choose your backsplash will be stunning!

Last week I woke with a wet brow and wet sheets. My girlfriends warned me I would soon need to persevere the fun of menopause night sweats but I really expected to first experience them as distinct hot flashes. And I didn’t really expect them to occur as night sweats first.
Thank goodness we now no longer need to sit idly at home in ignorance when we begin persevering these problems. I’ve discovered many websites that provide a broad range of safe suggestions to help me combat my menopause night sweats. The World Wide Web is an empowering phenomenon for the analytical but open-minded individual.
My husband recently started complaining about pains in his stomach after meals. Being the cautious person that he happens to be, he quickly began wondering if he was suffering stomach cancer indications. After a visit to this site, stomach cancer symptoms, we realized it could easily be indigestion or perhaps at least an ulcer and not cancer. We also visited our doctor, of course, and sure enough, my husband was suffering from a stomach ulcer and not cancer. However, easily finding various sources of information on the World Wide Web empowered us to not stress ourselves through over-reacting.
Last but not least, in the past I’ve usually steered clear of those silly fake-looking tans. But now with the threat of melanoma on the rise, began to wonder if I’d ever be capable of safely enjoying a nice warm glow from a natural suntan again. After all, I did my fair share of irresponsible sunbathing in my earlier days.
But recently I read a number of essays on how much sunless suntanning has evolved in the last few decades. So I researched and found a sunless spray tan to try, and my goodness was I surprised! They truly have become much more convincing. Even though they still use dihydroxyacetone (DHA) as the primary ingredient, they’re far less messy and much more effective than I’d expected. DHA simply changes the color of your top layer of skin cells, so it is safe and it naturally sloughs off over time.
I still have a little stigma about a fake tan, but I will learn to adapt. It looks great, it’s safer, and it makes me feel more content with my appearance.

If you happen to find your soul mate, this is going to be the first and only wedding that you will have in your entire life. If by a stroke of bad luck you can’t afford to buy or even make a brand new wedding dress, don’t feel bad about wearing a used wedding dress while dancing to your favorite wedding songs.
There are hundreds of used wedding dresses available so it won’t be that hard to find a bargain. This is because many brides choose to sell it rather than letting it catch dust when it is stored inside a box. You can find these in charity shops, dress agencies, online bridal stores and online auctions.
You should know that a lot of stores go on sale during the month of June. This includes those that were worn by the mannequins and displayed on the windows, those that were not salable and sometimes bridal gowns that were no forgotten perhaps to be picked up by the client.
When you are looking for used wedding dresses online, use keywords such as wedding dress discount, used wedding dresses or gowns and even wedding dress bargain. Who knows, you could get lucky and find the right outfit.
You should also be ready to give certain information like your measurements and styles so it will be easy for you from the used wedding dresses according to your specifications.
But before you get it and bring it home, this should be checked for any damage or stain because you will surely not want to wear that on your special day. If these cannot be removed, find out if it is possible to hide by putting a few extra beads or other embellishments. This should also be sent to the cleaners so it will look good as new.
When you buy a used wedding dress, don’t forget to get a veil. This is not that expensive so you can get a brand new one with the money not used to buy a new wedding dress.
One study showed that the average American couple spends around $10,000 to $14,000 for a wedding. Instead of spending a thousand dollars or even more on an outfit that you are going to wear only once, perhaps you will feel much better paying for as little as $200 for a used wedding dress. It may not be what you planned for that special day but if it makes you look beautiful and elegant, this is a small price that you have to pay.
The most important thing to consider about wearing a used wedding dress is making sure that this fits you. It wouldn’t hurt to also ask the owner or the store where you got this from if there were any alternations done because although it may be a size 14, the adjustments could have turned it into a size 12. You may even ask them where to find a good groom wedding speech.
Another option for those who do not want to buy a used wedding dress is to rent one. If there is nothing wrong when guys do it, the same rule should apply for women as figures have shown that you will spend a hundred dollars or even less.
No one will know what you are wearing is a used wedding dress. This is because everyone will assume that you bought it or had this made. You just have to know how to carry yourself so no one will know the difference.
